Great hotel good location friendly staff good food

Set in a Grade 2 listed building, The Burlington Hotel is ideally situated on Eastbourne’s picturesque seafront. Parking is available, and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout.

Very cheap price, my room had everything I needed.

The hotel is located centrally just across the road from the beach and Eastbourne Pier, and close to restaurants, bars and cafes.

Very close to the beach and the staff were very helpful.

With an indoor swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, York House has a stunning seafront position. It is less than 400 metres from the pier, and only 20 metres from the gently sloping beach.

The room was nice and big with a comfortable sofa.

Breakfast very nice but only between 8 and 9 so a bit rushed

The location was great. Cleanliness was very good.

We are a newly refurbished seafront hotel, the Alexandra Hotel offers a bar. It is just 150 metres from the Winter Gardens and Devonshire Park. The Congress Theatre is only 3 minutes’ walk away.
