Unfortunately, we hate Bangkok taxi & tuktuk. By the way, I advise you all not to take a taxi in Bangkok - because most drivers will not use the meter, you will have to pay a very high price, most importantly, their driving is terrible, very fast, very dangerous, unsafe. We almost had an accident nearly 10 times during our time using Bangkok's taxi service. Some of them are very impolite and their service attitude is extremely bad. Instead, buy a 4G sim card at the airport and only use the Grab app, only choose Grab Car. That will be the best option. China Town is extremely dirty and expensive.

Bangkok is a wonderful city to visit. The people are friendly, there is plenty to see and do and some wonderful dining options. We spent time on the river, used the BTS and took a lovely stroll around the central park. I think what I respect the most about Bangkok is how clean and safe it is. The people and culture will always be the highlight of Bangkok. There are so many excellent hotels in affordable prices comparing to other Asian metropolitans.
